Having downloaded and implemented the ‘Find Your Balance’ - cashflow tool, I would like to share the story of finding balance in my relationship with my wife. In our relationship, I am the spender and she is the saver. We had many arguments over the years over what is a need and what is want. Once we had entered our numbers into the cashflow tool we were both surprised. I was surprised that we did not have as much ‘free’ money as I thought and my wife was surprised by the amount of ‘free’ money we did have. Our lesson was that our mind calculators had many flaws. 

Going forward, all potential purchases are discussed in the presence of the cashflow to see how the purchase will actually effect our bottom line. If at anytime either of our concerns remerge, we can quickly go to the tool to remember why we did what we did and therefore avoid the heated arguments over money.

Our relationship is so much better by being able to find middle ground with our hard earned money.
